The things I am grateful for

It's that time of year when we start to refelct on the things that we are grateful for, and I was thinking about the things that I am most thankful for. I think the one thing that I most thankful for is health, healthy children healthy husband, and healthy family. I am thankful, that with all of the health concerns that Dan's father has, that he still with us today, I don't think we thought he would be!

I am thankful for duaghters, incredible grateful to have one, she is so amazingly special. She drives me nuts some days but I think that she is my mini-me at least personality-wise. She is alwasy so willing to help me with Landon and Jackson and she let's Jackson follow her everywhere even when playing with her friends. She is my tom-boy/girly girl. She had a rough start into this world but is my helathiest child! I love watching her sleep, she is so beautiful! We are so lucky to have her in our lives!

I am thankful for Jackson, he is my crazy three year old, (you've seen his head in the chair). He is also very sweet and very much a daddy's boy! He cries in the mornings when he sees that dad has gone to work! He is a polar opposite of Rachel, very shy and does his own thing, generally does not need to be entertained! He tells me all the time "I wove you mommy" he has a hard time with his L's and I love the way he talks. He loves everything boy, ie trucks and balls, and wrestling. He has finally surpased the 27 pound mark yeah go Jackson!

I am thankful for Landon, he is already seven months old! How fast time goes by. He is at such a fun age, he smiles at everyone and everything, and he is truly my momma's boy, and I love it! He is very into his own voice, and squeals as much as possible to Rachel and Jackson's delight! He has mastered the art of sitting, and loves to chew on anything you put in front of him! He loves food, (you wouldn't know it by looking at him) and pulling my hair! He loves to giggle at Rachel, and she loves to play with him.

I am thankful for family! I have an incredible support system of great family, between my parents, Danny's parents, grandparents, brothers, and sister-in-laws on both sides, they are always there! I am so thankful for the example that my parents have set for me, and taught me, I know that because of them I have a great and happy life! Can you spot the Stott family in that group of Lawson's?

I am thankful for my husband, he works so hard to make it possible for me to be home! He also is a great help with the kids, and always allows them to "help" whenever he is doing projects around the house! They love being with him, and he is always so good to play with them (he really is a little kid at heart)! He makes me laugh everyday, and is always willing to help out family, friends, neighbors etc. I love how kind and sweet his is especially to his own parents! I hope our children learn from his example!

I am thankful for friends, who put up with me everyday! Who are examples to me, and who let me be me! We have developed some really great friendships in our neighborhood, and even though some of them think they can move...(you know who you are) I am sure that we will be friends forever, (unless of course you get too wierd J/K)! I am thankful for our neighbors
who we can have so much demented fun with!

Especially the ones who let us take pictures of them eating!!! We love you guys!

There are so many other things that I am thankful for, that I won't bore you with all of them. Just one last one! I am thankful for temples, We haven't been as much as we would like to this last year, I hope to get better at it, luckily we have friends who will keep invinting us and reminding us how important it is to go!

Tell that girl in the blue shirt to put DOWN the potato chip! :) j/k... I love you no matter what kind of filthy pictures you post. You are too sweet. We love having demented fun with you guys too. That picture of Dan and Landon is to die for. Could your kids be any cuter? I mean, honestly. Thanks for the great post. Happy Thanksgiving! :) (I'm glad you don't have to go out and kill your own turkey.)
