Landon had his first birthday Saturday the 19th! I can't get over how fast the year has flown by! Here are some of his likes and dislikes...in no particular order.
1. Loves his mother (really who could blame him)
2. Loves to eat anything and everything that he can find on the floor, especially if it's a choking hazard.
3. Loves to make the sniffing noise, and scrunch his nose all up!
4. Loves his brother and sister, no matter how much they maul him!
5. Apparently he loves balloons!
6. He loves to get into the kitchen cabinets, and anything else that is off limits.
7. LOVES to take baths, and splash until the floor is sufficiently wet enough to bathe in.
Things he doesn't love
1. When mom takes ANYTHING away.
2. Diaper changes
3. He doesn't like to eat dirt...which is odd considering that my other two babies thought that dirt was part of a 7 course meal!
4. He doesnt' like to crawl on the kitchen floor.
5. He hates his nose wiped off, and or face for that matter.
6. He hates hair, and refuses to grow any on top of his head.
7. He doesn't like to eat, because it takes time away from playing, crawling, getting into everything etc.
Apparently he loves to eat cake though, and doesn't mind getting all sorts of messy doing it!

Why are my toys all covered in paper? Is this supposed to be fun?
Landon we love you so much and Happy 1st Birthday...Lots of family there to love and support you...and quite a bit of loot for a 1 year old! We love you.

Cute! You look so pretty in the top picture and you look like you have lost weight. I guess not giving in to my temptaions to eat bad is really paying off for you. You look great! Landon is so cute and fun, I am excited I get to have him and Jackson over tomorrow.
As always, the cake is AWESOME! You look gorgeous in that picture. No wonder he loves his mama! Happy Birthday, Landon!

Heidi, your cake is so cute, you people that are so creative make me look really bad. My son had his first birthday on April 9th and we still haven't gotten around to doing his party yet. It is amazing how fast a year can really go by when you are watching your baby grow up, makes you appreciate every day you have with your kids, even the days that you want to walk out the door. I really love being a mom, but there just are some days that seem to push your buttons.
Happy Birthday Landon! I can't believe he is already one. He looks like he loved his birthday and the cake looks great.
He is darling. I have to comment on the "bear cake." I have that exact same mold and it is a Hill Family tradition to make a bear cake! Every time I do it, I swear I'll never do it again--a little time consuming to say the least! You do look awesome--that color of blue looks amazing on you. The other day at church, (when you wore that blue) Claire was commenting on how cute her teacher looked! (Yes, she has a rundown of everyone's outfits on the drive home. I'm in trouble!)

Wow! A year goes by so fast! Landon is so cute (Kailey has dibbs just so everyone knows).
